How did we get our start?

Our founder, Christopher Spyker, watched friends and family walking out of big electronics retail stores with more computer questions and problems about their computers than they went in with. While obtaining the knowledge required he assisted many community members with computer problems and helped them update their out dated systems. The numbers quickly built from there and finally in 2000, CS Web Design & Computers opened its doors to the Hampton Roads area.

That small company built its client base quickly by providing quality services at low costs . Through a natural progression of company maturity, the services that were offered expanded and thus the company name was out grown. In October of 2005, CS Web Design & Computers was closed and Option 5 Media Inc. continued the legacy of being a trustworthy computer services company with quality services and reasonable prices. Today our staff boasts more than 16 years of combined experience.

Why we do what we do?

Some companies in the computer field believe that a temporary fix and making a quick buck is what will make you want to trust them again for help. We don't agree with that attitude and believe you don't either. Our company has always believed in building long lasting relationships with our customers. We don't want a quick dollar - we want our customers to reuturn satisfied and confident.
